There are several methods to access ICON's network resources remotely. Listed below are links to each of ICON's remote services, accompanied by a brief description to assist you in determining which of the remote access technologies best suit your needs.
Remote Desktop connects directly to ICON's network as if you were in the office. You will be able to access all of ICON's network resources including e-mail, network drives and MyICON.
You can reset your own password immediately using the IT self-service password reset portal. You must complete the enrollment process before using it for the first time. If you are having trouble resetting your password, please contact the IT Help Desk.
The IT Help Desk is your single point of contact for assistance for employee IT and telephone services. Self help facilities are available which may assist you. Otherwise our friendly IT Help Desk staff will assist you and if necessary refer your request to the appropriate expert.
To protect your system from unauthorised use and to ensure that the system is functioning properly, activities on this system are monitored and recorded and are subject to audit.
