ICON Central Laboratories has served thousands of Investigator sites in over 70 countries. We realise that the quality results we produce for our sponsors are largely dependent upon the quality of support we provide to these sites.

That’s why we’ve structured our Global Client Services department to respond to our sites seven days per week, with the ability to track and follow up on data queries and site questions using one globally accessible site management database.

Our global site support also includes:

  • 24x7 support in over 170 languages through an on-demand language interpretation service from interpreters that are familiar with medical terminology.
  • Dedication to client satisfaction through annual surveys conducted for both clients and Investigator sites.
  • An Investigator Site Resource Centre providing easy access to lab certificates, site training, packaging instructions, courier holiday information and more.
  • iSite – ICON’s portal for sites, CRAs and sponsors to retrieve lab reports, order and track study supplies or access a number of other useful online tools.
