Modeling Biologics with Target-Mediated Drug Disposition (TMDD) Lecture

The workshop will provide an overview of the PK of biologics, introduce target-mediated drug disposition (TMDD) concepts, and discuss various applications of TMDD to drug development of biologics.

Course Objectives

The workshop is intended for PK scientists with or without prior population PK modeling experience. Applications of modeling will include population PK and PK-PD, immunogenicity, antibody-drug conjugates, pre-clinical to clinical translation, covariate analysis, drug-drug interactions, and other topics. Use of different Nonmem estimation methods and parallelization for TMDD models will be reviewed. NONMEM codes, inputs and outputs will be provided to the participants.
