“Equal Pay Index”, based on gender equality indicators
In accordance with the decree, (No. 2019-15) published on 9 January 2019 and issued under the act, “For the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future” of 5 September 2018, companies in France with greater than 50 employees are required to calculate an “Equal Pay Index”, based on gender equality indicators.
