“Equal Pay Index”, based on gender equality indicators

In accordance with the Decree, (No. 2019-15) published on 9 January 2019 and issued under the act, “For the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future” of 5 September 2018. Companies in France with greater than 50 employees are required to calculate an “Equal Pay Index”, based on gender equality indicators.

As required by the Decree we have published the Gender Equality index for each of our three Companies in France for the calendar year 2019.
