Abstract:
In today’s competitive and dynamic clinical research environment, sponsors in Korea are increasingly challenged to recruit and retain qualified clinical research professionals. Limited talent pools, high employee turnover, and budgetary constraints make it difficult for sponsors to maintain the high-quality talent required to effectively achieve their clinical development objectives. At the same time, the demand for specialized expertise and operational flexibility continues to rise as clinical trials grow more complex and timelines tighten.
