There are several methods to access ICON's network resources remotely. Listed below are links to each of ICON's remote services, accompanied by a brief description to assist you in determining which of the remote access technologies best suit your needs.

MyDesk Remote Desktop

Remote Desktop connects directly to ICON's network as if you were in the office. You will be able to access all of ICON's network resources including e-mail, network drives and MyICON.

Log a Ticket

The IT Help Desk is your single point of contact for assistancefor employeeIT and telephone services. Self help facilities are available which may assist you. Otherwise our friendly IT Help Desk staff will assist you and if necessary refer your request to the appropriate expert.
