ICON has a comprehensive digital recruitment offering. FIRECREST collaborates with our colleagues in patient recruitment to bring our sponsors a solution that extends from initial digital outreach to potential participants, right up to arranging an in-person site visit.

How does it work?

Our Patient Recruitment team creates centralised digital outreach campaigns to connect with patients online and through social media, and directs them to the patient website. Then, based on the potential participant’s interaction with the website, suitable referrals are funnelled through to the participant’s chosen site via the FIRECREST Referral Management Console on the portal – connecting PIs to real patient referrals.

The result?

More patients, reduced admin burden for sites, and increased transparency for sponsors.
