End-to-end lab management

LabView360 consolidates multiple processes into one platform—including sample requisition, supply ordering, lab report access, query management, and more. It will in time digitise the entire chain of custody, ensuring transparency and control from collection to analysis. Whether you’re a site or a sponsor, the platform will provide all the tools needed for seamless collaboration with ICON Central Laboratories.

Digital sample requisitioning

LabView360 includes a digital requisition process that makes it easier for sites to collect data with a simple mobile-responsive application accessible on most devices, including desktop, through a browser. Site personnel can log in and create, search and edit both subject and visit data, benefitting from built-in validations that help to ensure the correct data has been entered.

Next-generation site operations

Modules from ICON’s legacy iSite platform have been integrated into LabView360, along with new enhancements designed to deliver a faster, more intuitive experience for sites, CRAs and sponsors. In time iSite will be retired completely with all modules integrated into LabView 360.
